The town homes in Kendall Ridge are among the newer houses in the Long Reach Village in Columiba, MD. These townhomes were built during the 1990's and are composed of garage and non-garage units. They are located off of Snowden River Parkway near Routes 175 and 100 - so they are within an easy commute to Baltimore, Washington, and Annapolis.
Howard County boasts some of the best schools in the state. The children who live in these townhomes are currently districted to attend Waterloo Elementary, Mayfield Woods Middle, and Long Reach High Schools.
This area is convenient to wonderful shopping areas, restaurants, athletic facilities, and offices. Best Buy, Lowes, Home Depot, PetSmart, PetCo, Toys-R-Us, Target, Dick's, Staples, Chipotle, Cosi, Costco, Dave's Famous BBQ, Pier One, and Marshall's ... to name a few ... are all very close by!
