As you can see this is not a popular nor supported venture for many of the residents who call the watershed their home.

Pirates and Wenches Festival Rock Hall, Maryland August 12-14, 2011

Looking for something fun to do this weekend, August 12-14 near Baltimore?

The festivities begin on Friday, August 12th with:

Rum Tasting at the Inn at Osprey Point from 5PM til the rum is gone

Sea Shanty Sing-a-long from 7-10 at Bay Wolf Restaurant

Then get some sleep cause Saturday and Sunday more Pirate Fun than you can imagine!

This is a town-wide celebration! Usually a quiet town, Pirates and Wenches and Landlubbers alike will invade 5 venues around the lovely waterfront town on the Eastern Shore of the Chesapeake Bay.

Start your saturday with a "Me Hearty" Breakfast at Rock Hall's Fire Hall 8AM-11AM Just $8 for adults $4 kids under 9

There's something for the whole family! There's a decorated dinghy and flotilla race to the beach, a pirate's ball, costume contests, treasure hunts, plenty of shopping, food vendors and restaurant specials, live entertainment and general pirate mayhem including sing-a-longs, face painting, tattoos, games and story-telling.

Costumes are encouraged. There's plenty of pirate booty for sale!

1. Granite countertops are custom cut and professionally installed.
2. Custom built cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms are specifically fit for each home—not a pre-fabricated one-size-fits-all unit.
3. Deep cabinet with side wood finished side panel is installed above refrigerator.
4. Deep upper cabinets installed in kitchen corner.
5. Custom built shower doors in both bathrooms.
6. All towel bars are attached to solid wood backing. Drywall fasteners are not used.

Doors & Closets
1. Custom fit front door with double glass windows, and painted with oil base paint to make it even more weather resistant.
2. All doors are a smooth colonist-style, and are hung with three hinges to ensure against misalignment and warp age over time.
3. Custom glass pantry door in laundry area.
4. All interior of closets are painted with two tone colors matching the rest of the interior room walls.

Other Interior
1. Two TV cable hook up outlets in living room to allow choice of position of entertainment center.
2. Telephone and cable outlets in all bedrooms.
3. Ceiling fans installed in living room and all bedrooms with a
seperate switch for light and fan.
4. All windows are fit with white 2” faux wood blinds.
5. Carpet and pad is upgraded Shaw, Palm Desert.
