There are 868 homes for sale in Washington County, MD. 36 (4%) of the active listings are lender owned foreclosures and 122 (14%) are short sale pre-foreclosure offerings.
Loan Limit Reduction: The "temporary" mortgage loan limits that are now in place will expire on September 30, 2011. All loans using the temporary limits must settle on or before September 30th.
