The 2010 Southern Maryland College Fair takes place in Hollywood, MD on September 21st.The 2010 Southern Maryland College Fair is scheduled for Tuesday, September 21st at the Hollywood Volunteer Firehouse in Hollywood, MD. Representatives from over 100 colleges and universities throughout Maryland and all along the Eastern seaboard will be on hand to answer questions from students and parents about admission requirements, tuition costs, what each institution has to offer and where they are located. There will be two sessions taking place on September 21st, with the first session running from 10am through 1pm and the second session running from 5pm through 7:30pm. Admission is free to all who attend.

In addition to institution representatives being on hand to answer questions, financial aid workshops will be available during the evening session. A free shuttle service will be available as well from St. Mary's County Airport to the college fair facility via the St. Mary's Transit System. The shuttle is handicap accessible and will operate between 4:30pm and 8pm. For more information about the 2010 Southern Maryland College Fair, contact the St. Mary's County Public School's Department of Student Services at 301-475-5511 extension 150 or you can get information from your high school counselor.
