Day 19 May 31 Blog Challenge- Thankful Thursday- An AR Referral from Realtor's Magazine Open House Master Margaret Rome.

Today I got a call around 3:00pm. I was surprised actually very surprised when the person said "This is Margaret Rome from Active Rain. Surprised? Yeah. Shocked? Yeah. Stunned? Yeah. Speechless? Yeah. Okay I was a lot of things you get it. (Notice the words begin with a S). Cut a long story short she tells me that she has a referral for me for someone who is looking to buy in DC. She gave me the name,number and e-mail of the person. She told me that it is a friend of her friend's so I have to make her look good by calling her right away which I did.

Of course I thanked her and told her that I am such a big fan of her blog. Got to admit I was beyond grateful and thankful that she chose little ol me out of all the MILLIONS AND MILLIONS OF REAL ESTATE AGENTS OUT THERE. I called the person back but we couldn't really get a chance to speak. He told me that he was going to call me back. But I said I will call him back. Problem I had later on? My phone suddenly has like .01 ounce of energy left on my battery. So I quickly e-mailed him to let him know that my battery is on life support and that soon as I get a hold of a charger,I will give him a call so we can talk some more.

Couldn't get to him immediately because I was too busy doing many other things. Finally I get home and I send him a text. It is past 10:00pm so I don't want to be rude calling him so late. But I had to least let him know that the reason I couldn't talk to him was because my phone died. Oh and I tried to buy a battery charger at a T-MOBILE STORE-NO LUCK. LUCKY ME. So I am praying that he is not mad that I didn't call him back immediately. Its just that my phone died. I will make sure I find and buy this car phone charger for my phone tomorrow.

• Foreclosure, short sale or deed-in-lieu: 85 to 160 points
• Bankruptcy: 130 to 240 points

    So I definitely understand that alone can cause an enormous amount of stress on anybody.
