  Trips to theaters, shows, casinos, etc., are planned regularly and advertised in the Leisure World News. Several long distance trips (Alaska, Hawaii, etc.) are planned annually. All trips are escorted. Phone (301) 598-1599 for more information.
  
• Room Rental for Private Parties.
  Arrangements can be made no more than 11 months in advance by contacting the E&R Office online or Clubhouse I (301) 598-1300.
  
• The Leisure World News-
  Published on the first and third Tuesday of each month. Resident groups and organizations submit articles. The LWN (Leisure World News) is self-supporting, made possible by revenue from advertisements, and is delivered to resident volunteers who distribute it within the neighborhood. For deadlines and information, call 301 598-1310.
  
• 3 Restaurants
  Cascade Room, Stein Room, and Terrace Room, as well as banquet and catering services.
  
  The Stein and Terrace Room offer homemade soups, generous sized sandwiches, charbroiled burgers and chicken, nightly dinner specials, full salad bar, 10-seat bar, and two TV's for sporting events. All restaurant facilities are non-smoking. For more information, call 301-598-1331.
  
• Banquet Rooms and Catering
