Well, I do, so now my first advice to my sellers is to rearrange some things in the house as well as to get different colors, first LESS IS MORE do not overdo with personal touches. Invest in some landscaping it will increase the property value and create a totally new energy around the home. Remember CHI is the term for the universal energy, or the energy that permeates everything around us.
