Point Lookout Lighthouse Open House
Location: Lighthouse in Point Lookout State Park

VISIT THE LIGHTHOUSE
Volunteers from the Point Lookout Lighthouse Preservation Society (PLLPS) will be opening the Point Lookout Lighthouse to the general public from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Participants will be subjected to the park's standard entrance service charge ($3 per car for MD residents and $4/car for non-residents).

Directions from Baltimore:
From Rt. 695, follow Rt. 97 south to Rt. 3 south (Rt. 3 will become Rt. 301). Continue on Rt. 301 south into Upper Marlboro. Take Rt. 4 south and continue across the Solomons Island Bridge. At the first traffic light turn left onto Rt. 235 south. Follow Rt. 235 south to the blinking red light at the intersection with Rt. 5. Turn left onto Rt. 5 south and follow approximately 7 miles to Point Lookout State Park. After the park entrance, follow the road to land's end and the lighthouse.
Directions from the Rt. 301 Bridge:
Follow Rt. 301 north to Rt. 234 toward Leonardtown. When you reach the end of Rt.
234 at Rt. 5 turn right. Follow Rt. 5 south to Point Lookout State Park. After the park
entrance, follow the road to land's end and the lighthouse.
