     If you are in the home sales business, you need to watch out for Brooke Kaine! This morning I went to a Kaine model home at College Station in Prince Frederick, MD to solicit the agent on duty about partnering with me as a preferred lender. When I walked in I found the sales agent and it was Brooke Kaine himself working hard.

     We talked for about two hours and to all you agents out there, you better hope he stays a builder because if he ever steps into your business... you better watch out, Brooke is on the ball! This is from a Calvert County born home builder. Needless to say, I was pretty impressed and pumped up about meeting someone who is so driven to go above and beyond to sell his homes.

     Brooke often works out of his model homes and has even met with potential buyers at his own kitchen table. Where else can you have access to the the builder himself like this? Well its working and I wish him all the best but if somehow it doesn't workout, I hope he never ever considers the mortgage business!!!
