New Mark Commons is an established wooded neigbhorhood in Rockville located off Falls Road between downtown Town Center and I-270. There is a homeowners association that includes use of some nice community features like a tennis court, pool, and fantastic playground. There is a mix of contemporary and colonial style single-family homes, as well as contemporary townhomes - some of the townhouses are lake-side.

This is a fairly stable area where you can find totally renovated homes or homes in original condition. It is popular because of its park-like setting, but it is convenient to the Rockville Redline Metro and downtown Rockville as well as commuter routes such as I270.

There are two houses currently listed on the market and two under contract. In the last year, there have been seven sales and three homes that have failed to sell. Take a look at New Mark Commons - it is a nice place to live.
