The most expensive is a two-bedroom two full baths with covered parking listed for $250,000.

This market report is to cover the recent activity in the townhouse subdivision of Montgomery Chase in the Silver Spring Md, 20906. At the time of this report (11/1/2009) there are a total of six townhouses on the market for sale and another for rent.
