There is only one 6 bedroom 4 Level Split that went under contract in the Foxhall subdivision of Silver Spring Md. recently that has not gone to the Closing table just yet. The last list price was $459,990 and was most recently on the market for 55 days; but on and off for close to 8 months (233 days) since it initially placed on the market.

There are currently no 6 bedroom homes FOR SALE or under contract in Foxhall.

As of today (1/25/08), there is only one 5 bedroom Rancher that is on the market FOR SALE in this subdivision currently on the market.
