At the time of this report there is a total of 9 such homes on the market FOR SALE, four are under some form of under contract, and another one that have sold since the first of the year.

Two Bedrooms

There are four two-bedroom patio homes in Rossmoor for sale at this time. These homes range in price from a low of $235,000 to $405,000, with the average being $299,750. The days on market for these homes ranges from over a month (85 days) to a little over seven months (251 days) with the average approaching three months (134 days).
