It's the First Day of School in Prince George's County, MD. Everywhere in the County parents and children are preparing for the chaos that is the beginning of the school year. For many parents, including me, back to school is a welcome time of the year (except for that evil alarm clock), maybe not so much for the kids.
Drivers in Prince George's County need to be aware that school is back in session. Expect heaver traffic than you have become accustomed to over the summer. Remember that with school in session that means more children on the roads especially in the early mornings and afternoons. Take extra caution when driving near schools, bus stops, and on the neighborhood streets.
Let's make Back to School in Prince George's County a Safe One!
