Panel of Experts Get Your Landlording Questions Answered at the New Location for Metro Detroit, Michigan National Real Estate Network, Michigan’s Best REIA Group Meetingsb

Ralph Mark Maupin: Real Estate Agent in Highland Township, MI

The Mega Evening Event meets the 3rd Thursday of each month; Same Great REIA Group, Same Great Format, Great New Meeting Place

Belleville, MI – The National Real Estate Network, Michigan’s Best REIA, will continue to hold their Mega Evening Event meetings on the third Thursday of each month from 6pm to 9pm. The format will not change; however, the new meeting place will be at Wayne County Community College, Western Campus, in Belleville, Michigan. “This is a great place to meet,” said Mark Maupin, founder. “I hope the change in location doesn’t cause any inconvenience for members of my group.”

Mark will join a panel of experts to answer members’ questions about landlording, income tax issues and lease options at the November meeting. “We haven’t had a landlording seminar in over 10 months,” said Mark. “I will be handing out my lease option course, free, to everyone who attends. This course is currently being sold for $97 on the internet. I hope this gesture offsets any inconvenience the new location may cause to some members of my group.”

One of the experts on the panel will be Brian Weiland, CPA and landlord, who will answer questions on income tax issues. Brian is actively involved in local real estate organizations and he offers seminars on practical aspects of creating and implementing real estate business, effective property management and effective bookkeeping.

The second expert on the panel will be Kelly Farrell, aka Ms. Money Doctor. Kelly holds a Masters Degree in Finance and Strategic Management and a BS in Industrial Engineering. She specializes in creative financing and her passion is structuring real estate deals to help investors build and maximize their real estate portfolios.

Also joining the panel will be Amber Duncan, retired Detroit police officer and real estate investor, who has bought, sold, rented and flipped more than 30 properties in the last 10 years. As a real estate agent specializing in REO properties, she has sold over 200 homes in 3 years.

Mark Maupin, aka Mr. Lease Option, will lead this panel of experts and he will be covering lease options. Mark has structured over 200 lease options in his real estate investing and property management career over the last 25 years. “No one knows lease options better than Mark Maupin,” said Michael Schoen, member of Mark’s group. “Thanks to Mark’s coaching and mentoring, I have put several lease options together on homes that I have been trying to sell for over a year. Now my non-performing real estate properties are showing a profit.”

The new location for the Mega Evening Event meetings will be the Wayne County Community College Western Campus at 9555 Haggerty Rd; Belleville, Michigan, 48111. This meeting will be held on November 20, 2008, from 6pm to 9pm. Look for signs directing you to the Lecture Room.
