Yesterday while grocery shopping on the base I realized once again what a terrific duty
station it must be for those who are being assigned here.

Anchor Bay is within view, wonderful school districts for those who have children, terrific
restaurants and a variety of things to do and see and "play" while you have down time.

Search homes for sale in Macomb County MI

This past month was a bit slower for home sales in Chesterfield Township
in comparison to the previous January.

In January of 2008 ten homes sold in this Macomb County community,
with the average sales price being $130,273. The good news is that
the average sales price is higher than the average sales price for the
entire county.

Also, the total days on the market dropped considerably this past
January, down to 189 days from the high of 231 in January of 2007.

One of the highlights to me in researching this data was that the total
number of bank owned homes in Chesterfield was only 4 for this period.
