STILL TIME TO JOIN

Do you play drums, trumpet, clarinet, or other wind instruments? If so, we want you and no auditions are required. Anyone who plays a band instrument is invited to join.

The Clarkston Community Band is one of the fastest growing community bands in the area. We are full of fun-loving musicians who enjoy playing music (to the best our abilities) and appreciate being a part of an ensemble. We would like to share the opportunity with others to dust off their instruments and join in the fun! The band performs approximately 8 concerts a year including the annual "Christmas in Clarkston" concert.

The group meets on Tuesday evenings for rehearsals from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. at Sashabaw Middle School 5565 Pine Knob Lane, Clarkston, MI 48346. Registration is $30/semester and students are free. More information about the band may be found at http://www.clarkstonband.org/ or contacting Independence Township Parks and Recreation at (248) 625-8223. See you Tuesday!
