Ok - I FINALLY GOT IT DONE! I added a video tour to my website with my little dog, Ilsa, the Papillon.

It really would have been better just with Ilsa but I am in it also. However, she really steals the show.

Saugatuck, Mi is a resort town with one of the five best beaches in the United States, Oval Beach, so a tour of the area is just the thing to attract second home buyers.

BEST PART IS THE VILLAGE SQUARE ART AND FINE CRAFTS FAIR FROM 10 am TO 5 pm ON SATURDAY THE 31ST. You don't want to miss this. Either park up on the hill or at the high school and take the free shuttle to town. See you there!

I know it is a little late to post this but I finally got a decent shot of the fireworks over Lake Kalamazoo in Saugatuck, Mi.

I was able to see them from the Saugatuck Yacht Club.

OK - At the end of life I will never regret how many times I swam in Lake Michigan. I have been working on getting into shape - Hope springs eternal - and instead of going to the pool in Holland to work out, I have decided to bring my swimming suit to CB Woodland Schmidt and go to the beach whenever the weather is right and the waves are not too high and I am not occupied showing eleven properties in one day.

Today the water was 76 degrees and the waves were gentle. One thing is for sure - a swim in Lake Michigan at Oval Beach in Saugatuck definitely improves one's perspective.

Life is too short not to go to Oval Beach whenever possible. Come on over! Stop by my office at 2987 Blue Star Highway, Douglas and I will give you a map with the shortest route to the beach. You can still get tickets on line for the Fifth Largest Film Festival in the Country. It takes place in Saugatuck, Mi this weekend. Go to www.waterfrontfilm.org. Check out the movies. They look great and are held in four venues around town. Very affordable at $10/ticket. See you there!
