The purpose of this blog is to give you an idea of what the area is like without you physically being here. The picture you see here is what you will see as you enter the sub off of 7 Mile Rd. We will start the interactive virtual tour at the same place. Birchwood Farms is located in northern Livonia Michigan just south of 7 Mile Rd and west of Wayne Rd. Birchwood Farms entrance sign welcoming you home from Levan and Curtis Rd. From the moment you enter the area you will notice extremely well kept homes and not many for sale signs anywhere. The residents of this area seem to stay for a long time as they say there is not a reason to move anywhere else. If you are a golfer you are in luck as there is 3 Livonia golf courses within a 5-10 minute drive. Shopping is more your speed? No problem you are only about 5 minutes from Laurel Park Place Mall. Parks, hospital, downtown Detroit, expressway, restaurants and so much more all within a relatively close drive.
