Welcome to Cane Woods Livonia Michigan Real Estate information web-page. Cane Woods is located just north of 7 Mile Rd about 1/2 mile West of Farmington Rd in Livonia Michigan. Cane Woods is a smaller one way in and one way out subdivision (a cul-de-sac) with 30 homes located within it. This group of homes children will attend Livonia Public Schools which will consist of--Coolidge, Riley, Holmes then Livonia Stevenson High School.

To your left is the entrance sign for Cane Woods as you enter off of 7 Mile Rd going North. These homes were mostly built in the early 1990's with an average size of between 2200 sq. ft to 2800 sq. ft. This area is close to shopping, parks, medical care and expressway access. Bicentennial park is just a couple of minute walk to the west where you can enjoy tennis, baseball, soccer and recreation equipment. As you look at the pictures from left to right you can see the entrance to Bicentennial Park which is located at 7 Mile and Wayne Rd. Bicentennial Park is also home to the local fire-station. The next picture with the No Outlet sign is also what you will see when entering Cane Woods Sub--as we noted it is just a good sized cul-de-sac.
