This approximately twenty home subdivision is like living on a giant executive style cul-de-sac. Most of the homes in the sub are executive style and were built in the early 2000's with a few open lots still available at this time. The school district for the area is Livonia Public Schools with the high school being Livonia Stevenson. From the moment you enter River Pines you will notice the executive style, quiet, low traffic, convenient location one way in and out neighborhood has what your looking for. The picture you see is what the entrance to River Pines looks like as you enter off of 7 Mile Rd going south. As you almost can notice from the picture, right across the street is Bicentennial Park loaded with things to do. Bicentennial park offers baseball fields, softball fields, soccer fields, eight tennis courts, walking trails and playground equipment. River Pines has a good location for easy access to anywhere in the local area. From River Pines you could access either I96 or I275 within just a few minutes.
