Welcome to Windridge Village Livonia Michigan web-blog written by Livonia real estate agent Bob Jakowinicz. Windridge Village is located just north of 7 Mile and west of Farmington Rd in Northwest Livonia. The school district for this area is Livonia Public Schools with the high school Livonia Stevenson. The picture you see is the entrance sign that welcomes you as you enter off of 7 mile rd. There are approximately 500 homes in this neighborhood that were built from the late 1970's through the 1980's. The following pictures can help to give you a feel of what Windridge Village is like, yes even on a cold but nice winter day. The first picture is the entrance to the sub as you enter off of 7 mile rd heading north on Norwich. The next two pictures are of a few street signs from the multiple ways in and out of Windridge Village sub.

Bicentennial Park is just a short walk or a minute or two drive away. Bicentennial Park offers baseball fields, softball fields, walking trails, playground equipment, 8 tennis courts, soccer fields and a local fire station.

When you live in Livonia Michigan you will find that you will get a great rate to join the Livonia Rec Center. The Livonia Recreation Center is the first picture you come to with the rounded glass exterior. The Livonia Rec offers two swimming pools, basketball courts, exercise equipment, sauna, hot tub, entertainment room and so much more. If shopping is what you crave you are in luck. The next picture is of Laurel Park Place which is about a 5 minute drive from Windridge Village. Laurel Park Place offers great shopping, movie theater and a nice sized food court.
