I took the entrance sign picture during a bit of a snowstorm and I have to say it was just gorgeous all through Stonewater sub that day. I viewed 5 homes all over the sub and we just had a very pleasant day overall. The first picture is of the street sign as you enter Stonewater off of 6 Mile Rd heading north into the sub. The residents of Stonewater tell me they love how quiet and private their neighborhood is but they are very close to whatever convenience they could need. The next picture is of Downtown Northville Michigan. I could go on for days on this topic alone as Downtown Northville is just a beautiful place to visit. It is the type of place you can just go to and walk around and feel like you may have just took a step back in time. There is just about everything you can think of in the Downtown Northville area, I like to go and just sip some coffee or have lunch their on a nice sunny day. The atmosphere is just so good it makes you feel relaxed just to be there. The last picture is of the welcome sign as you enter Downtown Northville. OK the showings are set! The buyers are motivated! We are all excited and the buyers don't have a lot of time to find a home. So the day comes and of course we are caught in a bit of a snowstorm. Should we cancel or keep going? Well we elected to show and though it was a little slow went well.

• The following picture is of me driving to meet the clients at the first home. O.K. now I'm starting to wonder is this going to be worth it. After all safety first.
• The roads were getting very slick and the traffic really slowing down, now I'm wondering is all of this worth any type of car accident?
• On my drive over I am starting to wonder about what if someone else in our party gets in an accident or get hurt in anyway? Hmmm I'm not liking this as much as I get closer to the first showing.
• Buyers call, they are at the first house waiting for me almost 15 minutes early and are very excited as they have only about 3 months left on their lease they want to buy now!

Well OK its Michigan and only 4 inches of snow has fallen to this point, should be no big deal for us. So I get to the first home and no clients are to be found. I call them and walk out to the street (first picture of the next three) and they are at the wrong house. Lol, it is only a minute or so away and they show up quickly. The next picture is of the subdivision Stonewater in Northville Michigan as we are entering to continue our showings. And the last picture is a close up of the subdivision entrance sign. We went through five homes in total and things went really well. A few of the homeowners were around and also could not have been nicer to us in any way.
