Southfield, MI residents are included in The City of Farmington Hills yearly Household Hazardous Materials Drop event.

This year, the event will take place in a new location. 27055 Orchard Lake Road, Farmington Hills, MI 48334 at the OCC (Oakland County Community College) Orchard Ridge Campus northeast parking lot.

You can enter the campus from Farmington Rd or Orchard Lake Rd, between 11 Mile and 12 Mile Rds.

Residents of Farmington, Farmington Hills, South Lyon, Lyon Township, Novi, Walled Lake, Southfield and Wixom are eligible to take advantage of this great even. You must have a driver's license or other proof of residency.

Common household items will be accepted including:

• Automotive Fluids
• Batteries

• Computers

Hi Everyone.

I want to tell you about a company. IMAXprinting.com.

I've been looking for a printing company to print up some postcards for me and a colleague of mine told me about IMAXprinting.com. Looking at their website, I was amazed at their prices, but because their prices were so good, I was a little skeptical about their quality.

Not any more. Their Quality is outstanding!

I picked them up this time because I like to check out the places I do business with, plus I avoided the shipping costs. That'll cover pizza for the family tonight.

I got there just a few minutes before they closed today (they're even open Saturdays 10-2pm!), and because it was closing time, I didn't really get to talk to them. They were nice enough to carry the box out and put it right in my vehicle for me.
