Depends on where you go and what you do. A senior is either 55, or 62 or not until you are 65. I took a free class on aging so i may be able to relate more to the 'OLDER' than myself population.
It was very infomrative. I found out that I don't think I want to grow real old.
I think the best thing I got out of the class was the Senility Prayer.
Grant me the Senility to forget the people I never liked anyway.
The good fortune to Run into the people that I do...and
The eye sight to tell the difference.
Be kind to the older population and call someone you care about today!

Join me in wishing my Broker Bill Feela a Happy Birthday.
Bill just joined the Million Point club at Christmas time.
Bill is the driving force of our company and is always there to help give a hand when needed. Bill is also an inspiration with all the volunteer time he and his wife put in for needy families.
I am proud to say that I work for him and his company.
William's Minnesota Blog...with a smile!
Stop by and tell him HI !!!

There re many reasons to keep healthy trees. Many more reasons to plant more trees.
The benifits are enormous.
Absorbtion of CO2
Cooling shade
Wind Break
O2 production
But I think the most improtant reason is the following one...

And my wife used to complain about not enough Ladies stall in public restrooms!

I hope you enjoy the follow photo's of 'Politicians in Training'.
That is the way I view these people...NO COMMON SENSE!
I would never crawl under with just a jack, but rocks!
Ok, could I have just one more tiny stick.
Ok, I trust most people a lot, but this is even past me.
Finally...
Even on a dare this is a real stupid idea.
There you have it. If these people hurry, they could still get elected this coming year!

I realize that the woods are thick with leaves and also bugs. But, now IS the time to start your search.
There are a lot of thinks to consider when making this purchase.
1) Are you using this property only for hunting.
2) Are you buying the property on your own or with partners.
3) Will you construct a shelter and do you need power.
4) What area are you thinking.
5) Is the area you are thinking conducive to good hunting for the game you are pursuing.
Once you answer these questions, then you move to the next ones.
1) How am I going to pay for this property.
2) Do I have enough down payment that will be required.
3) Should I go to the bank for the loan.
4) Should I consider owner financing and the short falls that go with it.
Next, If you don't have a particular property in mind, but you know the area. ( Because you answered the above questions)
1) Pull out the maps and look at the terrain and the density of the population.
2) Contact the DNR for any input for the area you are looking.
3) Are there additional chances to hunt State Land close by.
4) Talk to the locals at the restaurants and sports shops.
The Biggest one of all...
Contact a Real Estate Agent that is also a Hunter. You need someone that understands the type of property you need for the game you are looking for. You don't want all grass land if you are hunting deer, or all woods if you are after upland birds.
You wouldn't go to an eye doctor to have a tooth pulled. So why work with someone that has no idea of what it is like to hunt the quarry you are after.
I am personally a Deer hunter. Call me if that is your quarry.
Good Luck and Happy Hunting.
