14500 Craig is the second renovation we’ve done in the popular River Oaks subdivision of Grandview, MO. This house sits right off of one of the nicest golf courses in the city. I’m sure the new deck we put on this house will be put to good use watching many golf games.
This house really didn’t need much just a little updating. I really love the kitchen it’s very warm and inviting.
After showing a few houses in South Kansas City this evening I drove out to Grandview to see how things were going on Project River Oaks. I was surprised to find that are sub crews have been working six days a week in order to finish on schedule. I promise they are doing this on their own free will.
The new deck has almost been fully constructed. Looks like the only thing missing right now are the stairs. This new deck is about the same size as the old one but with this house backing up to a golf course I’m sure this will be a huge sales feature.
The kitchen is coming together pretty quick. Granite counters will go in in early next week. About 90% of the interior has already been painted. All the plumbing and electric work has been completed. From the looks of things I expect the house to be just about done by next Friday.
The Craig St remodel is moving along as scheduled. Today after a few showings in the southern part of the city I drove out to Grandview to take some progress photos. 14500 Craig should be completed at the end of the month and be ready to list in early January.
The new garage doors have already been installed along with the new roof.
For those of you who have seen the before pictures you might remember there being a huge hole right here in the ceiling. It’s all fixed now.
A new deck is being built out back which is great since right behind this house is one of the best golf courses in the city.
With the acquistion of 12512Winchester Vizion is now on its 7th house in Grandview, MO. We love doing homes in Grandview especially since the majority of these homes are perfect for the families moving to the area for IHOP. Both Vizion and the brokerage Glad Heart Realty are located in the south Kansas City / Grandview area. Infact the great majority of Vizion’s properties have been in the south Kansas City / Grandview area. I will make sure to keep everyone posted on the remodel of this fantastic home.
Everything is still up in the air at this point but it looks like Vizion is in hot pursuit of two properties in Grandview, MO. One property is located on 122nd and the other would be located in the very desirable River Oaks subdivision. Specific details such as the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and price ranges are not yet available but what we do know is that these homes will be incredible. Features such as solid surface granite, tile showers, and refinished hardwood floors are becoming standard amenities in Vizion homes so it is safe to assume that these Grandview acquisition will include at least these features. I will keep everyone posted on the progression of these acquisitions and they remodels which will take place there after.
