The average prices are between $40-65,000! Based on condition and space, the prices can be a bit higher, or even lower - believe it or not! There are a couple of foreclosures that are great buys, too. Below, I'll share what is currently on the market today.

I just listed and sold a unit in less than 30 days. The buyer was a young professional who lived in the immediate area with his family.
