Hernando MS had 27 residential sales in the month of November with an average sales price of $171,348 and an average number of days on the market of 121.

Out of those 27 sales, 26% were foreclosures which is a huge jump from the previous month.
Here are those same stats for the prior month and prior year:

November 2008

Currently, there are 243 Active residential listings in Hernando MS with prices ranging from a low of $49,900 to a high of $950,000. The median list price is $199,900.
Using the sales statistics from the past 90 days, Hernando MS has roughly an 8.5 month supply of home inventory.
4.5 % of the available Active listings in Hernando MS are foreclosures.

The percentage of sales that were foreclosures was 7% which is down significantly from the previous month.
Note: The average sales price in September was skewed by an unusually large sale.
