I wrote a blog post earlier this week about Kevin's fishing trip with one of our friends /clients on the Flathead River near Paradise, Montana. While he was out, he took the following photos of Bear prints along the river - apparently he wasn't the only one fishing on the Flathead River!
A Day Spent Fishing on the Flathead River

Kevin and one of our friends and clients recently took an afternoon to go fishing on the Flathead River between Paradise and Perma, Montana. It was an amazing early fall Montana day and the weather was perfect. They caught a few fish and enjoyed being on the river.

Quinn's Hot Springs Resort - One of Montana's Natural Hot Springs Resorts - Near Missoula MT
Quinn's Hot Springs Resort was established in 1885 around one of Montana's best natural hot mineral springs.
Quinn's Hot Springs Resort is located in Paradise, Montana, just over an hour from Missoula MT - on the banks of the Clark Fork River.
The resort is now a full service vacation destination with:
Quinn's Hot Springs is one of our favorite day trips and they are open year-round. On one of our trips to the hot spring pools last winter, we were able to watch a bald eagle dine on a fresh trout from the Clark Fork River in a tree while we relaxed in the pool. It was an amazing site.
We've had several meals in the restaurant and bar and have never been disappointed with the food or the service. It's a great getaway for individuals, couples, or the entire family.

I received this photo from my Dad in an email tonight with a message telling me that he found a great buy on a house in Paradise, Montana at 1/6th the price! My Dad's not one to look at real estate so I knew something was up. The attached photo gave me a good chuckle :) Hope you enjoy it too!

Paradise is a charming community along the Clark Fork River and Highway 200 in beautiful Northwestern Montana. It was an important stop on the railroad in Montana's earlier days.
Paradise is also part of a scenic drive, St. Regis-Paradise National Forest Scenic Byway, on the cutoff road from Interstate-90 at St. Regis to the town of Paradise. Originally a meandering trail which followed the Clark Fork River between St. Regis and Paradise, the St. Regis-Paradise National Forest Scenic Byway lies within the Lolo National Forest. This scenic route, with the motto: The River, The People, The Land, takes motorists through varying terrain, from spacious, rolling flats to steep canyon walls where it winds through the Coeur d'Alene Mountains. The byway has long been considered an alternate route for travelers, on Interstate 90, whose destination is Flathead Lake or Glacier National Park. It also serves as a route to the National Bison Range. However, with the spectacular scenery, plentiful wildlife, and many recreational opportunities the Byway is a destination unto itself
