Welcome to Haddon Hall
Haddon Hall is a charming community in Apex, NC made up of over 700 single family homes, condominiums and townhomes that are sure to appeal to a wide variety of homeowners.
The neighborhood of Haddon Hall offers residents a location that is second to none with excellent schools, easy access to shopping at nearby Beaver Creek Commons, restaurants, major freeways and Research Triangle Park. In addition, the community itself offers tons of amenities including a clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, new playground, and walking trails that wind through the community and around the pond.
Plus, the Social Committee at Haddon Hall is very active. It organizes a number of regular events throughout the year including Family Movie Nights, Bingo Nights, Ice Cream Socials, and Haddon Hall's Annual Fall Festival.
Single Family Homes
The single family homes at Haddon Hall make up the largest section of the community. These homes range in size from about 1800 to over 5000 square feet. Because of the variety in home styles, sizes and features, Haddon Hall has become a favorite choice amongst area homebuyers.

Located in the heart of new Apex, the 14th best place to live according to Money Magazine in 2007, Haddon Hall is 700 single family homes, townhomes and condominiums. Prices range from in the low 100's for a townhouse to around $600,000 for the more expensive single family homes (you can purchase a nice 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home for $310ish).
Haddon Hall has is a very stong community with a swim team, golf outings, bingo night, movies at the community pool, there is something for everyone. The location is fantastic off Highway 55 between 64 and US-1, Haddon Hall is also only minutes from the 55-540 interchange.
The shopping and eating options with in 5 minutes are amazing. There are all types of restaurants, 4 grocery stores including Harris Teeter and Super Target, a Lowes, Kohls, Dicks Sporting Goods, Circuit City and many regional shops.
Haddon Hall is a solid option for anyone looking for a great location and many amenities.

What: "2008 Haddon Hall Open" Golf Tournament
Where: Wildwood Green Golf Club in Raleigh.
When: October 11th in the afternoon around 1:00 pm (Shotgun Start).
Why: To increase community spirit and camaraderie in an already fabulous neighborhood!! How: Format of the tournament will be Captain's Choice. Teams will be grouped by handicaps (Don't know yours?? We will make one up for you!!)
Extras: We are looking for a total of 60 players and everybody is welcome - male, female, kids, good golfers, bad golfers or just plain Liars... All are welcome!!
Projected cost: $76 per person which will include: o $56 for Green Fee & Cart Fee, Range Balls and complete tournament set up with closest to the pin, long drive, cart signs, scorecards, etc. o $10 for two mulligans per person. Meaning you will have 8 mulligans as a team to use at your discretion. This money will go to prizes (100% of it). o $10 for beverages and misc prizes to be awarded for first, second and third place teams, closest to the pin, long drive and any others...
