Asheville Luxury Homes can accommodate the diverse needs of families of all sizes and ages. Here in Asheville, a number of “high-end neighborhoods” incorporate many critical family-friendly elements, such as community space, connectivity, public arts, and neighborhood parks and green space. So far in this series, we have looked at The Ramble-Biltmore Forest and Reynolds Mountain. One of the most lovely and mature neighborhoods in the Asheville area is Biltmore Forest. So today, let's take a look at this upscale neighborhood.

Both the Ramble at Biltmore Forest and Biltmore Forest (previously visited here on my blog) are wonderful examples of thoughtful planning.
TheTown of Biltmore Forest , which is located about 7 minutes from downtown Asheville, NC is dedicated to the protection and preservation of the natural beauty of the area initiated byFrederick Law Olmsted, the famed American landscape architect and designer of George W. Vanderbilt's Biltmore Estate. There are beautiful natural surroundings, attractive parks and picturesque streets throughout this area. as you can see by the photo here.
Being a part of a thoughtfully-planned neighborhood, where luxury homes are designed with natural, and energy efficient materials can add up to significant dividends for my clients.

Asheville North Carolina's Biltmore Forest community currently has several foreclosed and short sale homes on the market - with other homes significantly reduced also. If you are looking to live in this most prestigious area adjacent to the Biltmore Estate with elegant homes and stately manors - but don't think you can find a bargain - you must talk to me.
This is the oldest planned community in Asheville, an area that has long attracted folks from Florida, Georgia, South Carolina and other parts of North Carolina, as either a second home, or year round home, surrounded by tall trees, manicured lawns and the Biltmore Country Club on their turf.
Aside from these rare opportunities, there are other homes that have also been significantly reduced, and in some cases offerings below purchase price, that should attract buyers who are looking for those rare bargains and are ready to purchase now while they are there to be had.
Call me to find out more. Working with the number one firm in the region, and the longstanding leader both in sales and homes listed, assures you'll be working withe best in the business.
Of course I can help you with other opportunities throughout the region. There are other spectacular reductions in some of our most select areas as well. This economy has affected people in all income levels. Unfortunately their misfortune can be your good fortune -- and you will be helping them get out from under as well.
Don't let this opportunity slip away. Evelyn Zebro 828-450-5189
