Tonight is our call night....(for those of us that want to keep our skill sharp and learn some new skills)

I have chosen my list of expired owners that we have sent the renewals out to and have not yet received them back into the office. It is a nice pleasant way to gently remind them to send the paper work back to me.

I think this is good to have others around us doing the same thing. I hate making calls but with other about, I think I will find it easier..

We made calls from 6:00 to 7:00.

AS I said, I called my expired listings to see if they were going to continue to work with me..I talked with 7 and 6 of the 7 said that they would send the papers back in ...the 7th said that we would meet and talk wihen they are in town the 1st week of September.

So it does work...

Well Hello AR members...

I held an Open House in Winding River NC. The house is located on the Lockwood Folly river and is built so professionally. They call the style Italian Country. There is a lot of beautiful tile and hardwood floors through out. Stylish arched doorways with columns. WE do not see this standard of building along our coastal area of North Carolina.

Problem, there were only 20 or so agents to come out and view this house. Even with us offering gift cards and gifts and food. We served chicken salad croissants, wheat and plain rolls with ham, cheese, turkey, and roast beef, Chips, Chocolate Eclairs.
