I love the one...I'll have to go back and check the #....to go to the schools, firehouse, etc. and take them treats...that is wonderful, especially with the great financing we have in place for the Teachers, Firemen, Police and Emergency Workers. Did you know that if someone from one of these professions wins a bid on a HUD home (if they are going to actually live in it - not as investment property) they only pay 50% of what the winning bid is? Most of the wonderful people in these professions do not know this.
