During their June two week incentives, Beazer Homes in Spring Mill Plantation had eight inventory homes available. Incentives were for buyers to receive reduced prices on inventory homes available. Incentives for realtors for selling homes during the two week period were $3,000 and an iPad for the first sale and $5,000 for the second sale.

Our clients had scheduled appointments with us to look at resales and asked about Spring Mill Plantation. We brought them to the community and felt very welcomed by Audrey Leer, the sales representative working for Spring Mill Plantation, a Beazer community.

What a pleasure it is to work with a sales representative who welcomes (ABR) buyer agents and their clients.

ABR, Accredited Buyer Representatives, focus on working directly with buyer-clients as opposed to the listing agent who works directly with the seller/builder.


Our clients immediately fell in love with the community, the clubhouse, the pool, the gym, the quality and the price of the homes available. It was the perfect match for them.

During the same two week incentive we had scheduled clients with appointments to see resales in the area. We again ended up in the Spring Mill Plantation viewing new construction homes.

Interesting fact, neither of our clients had planned to purchase new construction, they just wanted to look at the community to see what the homes looked like. Surprisingly, both clients wrote contracts a week apart from each other and purchased homes next door to each other.

It was a great two week period for Spring Mill Plantation, seven of the eight homes went under contract and sold by July 30th. It has been a good year so far in Spring Mill Plantation.
Contracts have also been written to build homes on lots picked out by some couples.
