Cabin Branch is a relatively new neighborhood located in Carthage, NC just off of Union Church Road. New Century Middle School is right across the street. The subdivision began building a few years ago and is continuing to add new phases. Very attractive homes with nice finish work and excellent square footage. Prices in Cabin Branch are moderate and generally range from the low to high 200's.
This is a popular community for military families who are looking to move to Moore County for quality of life reasons and the great schools, and also want a reasonable commute to Fort Bragg. The Carthage area is comprised of a lot of rural areas with plenty of open land. Commute time to Pinehurst and Southern Pines is about 15 minutes and it's just a short ride to the shopping areas of Carthage and downtown Carthage by traveling west on Union Church and crossing over 15/501 on Hwy 24.
