Since 2009, there are been a house in Cary that has it's own light show radio station. Come by the house between 5:30 pm and 10 pm, tuen your radio to 92.1 FM and watch the ligt show that matches up with the music. It is really something to see and something to brng your family out to. They will have the lights up until New Year's I believe, then they are down until next year. Bring the whole family to watch! Also, this year they are incorporated three neightbors homes as well. Saturday May 2nd is the opening of the Western Wake Farmers Market in Carpenter Village! There will be over 30 merchants and farmers at the market on opening day, with surely more to come in the weeks ahead.

The group of local women that organized and started this market are amazing, they are a group that simply wanted fresh, locally grown food for their families so they went out and made it happen. The best part is it benefits us all!
