West Cary's latest addition to the luxury home market is one of the finest subdivisions I have had the pleasure of previewing recently.
Situated in Cary's rapidly growing West side, these custom built homes achieve the perfect balance of space, design, amenities and location. With a team of some of the area's finest home builders in place, there will be a total of 141 executive style homes all sitting on 1/2 to 3/4 acres lots.
Amenities in Copperleaf include a 5,000 sq. ft. pool with slide, a pavillion and playground, and walking trails throughout the community that connect to the American Tobacco Trail.
The Manors collection of homes in Copperleaf range from $675,000 to the $900,000's.
The Estate collection homes range from $875,000 to $1.5 million+.
One of the homes we visited achieved a perfect score in the recent Parade of Homes competition and was also the Gold winner in its category!
