The community was developed from 2005 to 2007. The gas lanterns at the entrance have a classic and welcoming feel to the neighborhood. The location is convenient to just about anywhere you need to travel to in Cary. Highland Oaks has easy access to the main entrance of Bond Park on High House Road, Preston Corners, the heart of Cary and so much more.

Cary NC Highland Oaks homes for sale, location is their middle name! On my tour of Cary NC today I'm taking a drive down High House Road. High House Rd. intersects Davis Drive, Cary Parkway, and eventually Maynard Rd. Maynard Rd is a loop that wraps around Cary. So when it was announced that a neighborhood of executive high-end homes was going to be build off High House Road between Cary Parkway and Maynard Road most real estate agents were ecstatic. What an awesome location! Brilliant, a neighborhood built right in the heart of Cary between two main thoroughfares.

Then came the models, that’s all they needed, each Cary NC Highland Oaks home for sale was better than the next. The lots were done with the right amount of woods left between and a creek running through the middle of the community.

Capping off this neighborhood is its crowning jewel, the resident’s club. The pool area is laced with columns, trellises, a fireplace, and plenty of tables with umbrellas. While moving to Cary NC is a big decision Highland is one place that makes it an easy decision.
