viously I wrote a post about the Preston neighborhoods in Cary. Since I just listed a property in Preston Village and I work out of the Preston Fonville Morisey office, I thought I'd write about this wonderful section within Preston.

Preston Village is a neighborhood section of executive homes that is a part of Preston, a country club community in Cary, NC. Preston Village is located just off of Davis Drive between High House Road and Morrisville Parkway. One of the big selling points of this neighborhood is the location and community amenities! Preston Village is just a short 10 minutes to Research Triangle Park (RTP) and the RDU Airport!!

Preston Village was developed in the mid 1990s and included a strong builder team:

• Toll Brothers,
• John Wieland Homes
• Sunstar Homes
• the last few lots were built by local custom builders

Amenities
