Riggsbee Farm is an established neighborhood in a fabulous location in Cary built by custom builder Zaring homes.  I know you must think this neighborhood must be in the rural farm country but this couldn’t be farther from the truth.  This neighborhood is situated in the heart of Cary just a ½ mile from Davis/High House so I thought I’d take a moment to tell everyone about the benefits of living in Riggsbee Farm in Cary.

Green Hope Elementary was recently recognized by the state as an Honor School of Excellence for exceeding all educational goals for the year. Students  that attend Green Hope Elementary will be following the traditional school calendar for 2010 school year.

Davis Drive Middle school located just off of Davis Drive south of High House Road was also recently recognized by the state as an Honor School of Excellence.

Green Hope High School is one of the top High Schools in Wake County and also received the award of Honor School of Excellence.   Green Hope High School has grades 9-12 and there were ~2265 students during the most recent school year.

Cary Tennis Park

Western Wake Regional Library
Cary's newest library, which opened in the Fall of 2006, is located less than 5 miles from Riggsbee Farm. The library features 70 public computers, WiFi Internet access, conference room, six service desks, a drive-up book drop, study rooms, and a multipurpose room for kids' and adults' events.

Stone Creek Shopping
 Stone Creek Village shopping center is adjacent to this neighborhood at the corner of Davis Drive & High House Road. Walk to the new restaurant Tribeca Tavern, Harris Teeter, Walgreens, Z Pizza, Chik-Fil-A, , and many more.
