The drive is short down High House Rd. past Cary Parkway just before Maynard Rd. the hybrid finds Cary NC The Battery homes for sale. The Battery is just across the street from the Highland Oaks neighborhood. Both neighborhoods were built about the same time but couldn't be more different. The Battery has homes for sale that range in the mid to high $200,000. The homes are 3 and 4 bedrooms with bonus rooms. Most have either brick, stone accents, or a front porch. The community followed Cary's lead enhancing a small neighborhood park with sculptures. The back of the neighborhood is enhanced by a large pond and surrounded by the Cary Greenway and minutes from Bond Lake Park. It's no surprise that The Battery is one of Cary's favorite neighborhoods.
