WE work so hard to get to this point. It makes all the difference in the world if you are working with good buyers and good sellers.. I was working with both. YOu meet your sellers for a short time...and build a relationship and then you close and you feel a sense of loss. I am not going to loose these folks....they are keeper...
Do as Buffini says....let them send you referrals...

Have you ever heard of a condo association foreclosing on a condo and then buying it with dues of the owners?
We are having something like that going on here and I do not know who to go to for help. I can't help but think that this is wrong. Have rules changed....if they have, I feel that human decency has eluded us.
I have great concern for the folks that lost their unit even though they were trying to work out a payment schedule with the association.

As you well know, most realtors spend about 85% of their time, money and energy prospecting for new buyers and sellers. Today is such a glorious day. Got to sleep in before I had to go and work with a seller. This was a easy thing to do. They want to sell their condo and sell it quick so we did a $100K reduction. Don't think I have ever reduced a property $100.000 before. We hope to have a buyer this week.
So Sunny Saturday has be good for me.
