Chesley is an executive home neighborhood located on the East side of Chapel Hill with excellent access to Durham (via Erwin Road) and I-40. These homes were built in the 1990s and are transitional, contemporary and traditional. The first section is quite hilly. You can find houses with basements in this section. The second section is flat with nice back yards. This neighborhood is very close to East Chapel Hill High School and across the street from Silver Creek, another executive home neighborhood.
