Saturday, 10/8, Ballantyne Festival will be held at the Morrison YMCA from 11:00-3:00. The event, much like our urban Midwood Maynia, will include a parade of politicians, a chili cook-off, lots of children’s activities, music and fabulous food! Meet political candidates (from both parties, from local to national levels) as they serve up the chili for those attending the 2011 Ballantyne Festival.

SAVVY is a proud sponsor of this annual event and are very excited to be a part of the festivities this year! This is a HUGE opportunity for you to meet your South Charlotte, Ballantyne and even South Carolina neighbors!

If you’d like to join us, bring your appetite and creativity as we will be sponsoring a children’s table with a fun project to occupy the kids! And we promise to serve up what we believe, is the winning chili recipe also!

    The numbers don't lie!!! We are experiencing a real estate recovery in Ballantyne in South Charlotte! Just as Ballantyne is celebrating its 15th anniversary, MLS data shows that the market absorption rate for Ballantyne is slightly under 6 months!

    You may be asking, "What is market absorption rate, and why is it important?" The market absorption rate tells us how long it would take to sell all the Ballantyne homes for sale at the current rate of sales per month, assuming that no new homes come on the market.
