This is David Snell with SnellExperts.com and today I saw some thing that was just devastating and quite shocking.

I saw a map of the USA with flags in all the states who have so many foreclosures. I was also told today

that more were on the way. I mean really. When will things stop.

I mean why will the banks not just work with folks to reduce their interest rate or rent the house out to

the home owner or why are the banks not willing to work with folks?

Is this all about money or all about greed or what?

As a Realtor, I would love to hear your take on this please.

Is a house sitting empty really helping the banks? I do not think so!

Is some one has a mortgage of say $1,000.00 per month why can the bank just not work with the home owner to

reduce their payment or let the person just rent the house?

I wanted to keep things simple and sweet to hear all of your comments since I value your thoughts and

opinions.

What can we all do to help others in foreclosure with their home?

Will local churches help, will local clubs help, will businesses help? What can we all do to help so many in need?

Under this agreement the above person or company agree's to a 80/20 split with Snell Experts LLC for leads that turn into a job that pay less than $50,000.00 and a 90/10 split with Snell Experts LLC for leads that turn into work that pay more than $50,000.00 . Upon completion of the job, said company shall submitt an invoice to SnellExperts.com. The full payment (20% of the final job invoice less tax for jobs that pay less than $50,000.00 and 10% for the final job invoice. Payment must be paid and sent to SnellExperts.com within 7 business days after payment is received from the customer or insurance company. Also, there will be a late pay fee added of 5% to the total job if not paid within 7 days as well as a 1.5 per cent interest per month added if not paid within 7 days. It is further understood and agreed that should it become necessary for SnellExperts.com aka Snell Experts LLC to pursue collection efforts for monies due them all fee's and charges that SnellExperts.com incurs as a result of such collection efforts, including but not limited principal balance, interest charges, attorney and or court fee's, and collection agency fees shall be paid entirely by said company directly to SnellExperts.com aka Snell Experts LLC.

The parties agree that jurisdiction of any matters under this agreement shall be in Mecklenburg County, State of North Carolina. The parties waive the right to a jury trial. The laws of the State of North Carolina shall apply.

Idemnification. Each party shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless the other party, its assigns, officiers, agents and employees from any and all liabilities, actions or other claims arising out of that party's non performance of any of the provisions of this contract, or the actions of that party, its assigns, officiers, agents or employees, including but not limited to actions for unfair competition.

Arbitration. Any dispute between the parties as to the interpretation, application or validity of this agreement shall be first submitted to arbitration. In the event arbitration or litigation, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fee's, costs and disbursements at arbritration.

This contract is legally binding and may not be changed orally.
