That's down slightly from the year before but still above the recent low in 2008 when just 4 neighborhood homes sold.

The average sales price for homes Sold in Fairmeadows for 2010 was $301,035 - that's just below the 2006 average price for the neighborhood.

Average home sales prices have declined each year since 2007 , but the rate of decline slowed down from 2009 to 2010.

The Fairmeadows neighborhood in Charlotte NC is located just off Sharon Rd, less than a mile from South Park and Phillips Place (and the upcoming Whole Foods location) - truly in the heart of south Charlotte and a central location minutes from tons of shopping, dining, and entertainment amenities. 

Established in the late 1950's, homes were built from the late '50s through the '60s.  Ranch home styles are most common in Fairmeadows, and other home styles include tri-level and 2 story layouts. 

Homes range in size from around 1,300 to more than 2,800 square feet. Parking includes attached and detached garages, carports or parking spaces.

There is also a swim and racquet club located within the neighborhood (membership fees apply) - Fairmeadows Swim and Racquet Club in Charlotte NC

The Harris Y is also conveniently located minutes away, where Sharon Rd intersects with Quail Hollow.

The currently available Fairmeadows homes are priced from the Low $200s to Low $400s
