The Huntingtowne Farms neighborhood in Charlotte NC is located just off Park Rd, minutes from South Park. Built in the 1960's the neighborhood is filled with mature trees and landscaping, and homes were built on generously sized lots. Huntingtowne Farms Elementary School is located within the neighborhood as is the South Park Swim and Tennis Club at Huntingtowne Farms. There is no mandatory homeowners association, but there is a Huntingtowne Farms Neighborhood Association that residents can choose to join. Current School Assignments are: Huntingtowne Farms Elementary, Carmel Middle and South Meck High
