In October 2011 20 condos/townhomes sold in the Uptown Charlotte area, an 53.9% increase from the 13 condos/townhomes sold in September 2011. October 2011 sales figures increased 185.7% from October 2010 when 7 Uptown Charlotte condos sold.
The average sales price decreased 3.6% from $252,192 in September 2011 to $243,000 in October 2011. October 2011 average sales price increased 10.9% from the October 2010 average sales price which was $219,143.
Average days on the market decreased 34.5% from 203 in September to 133 in October. October 2010 average days on the market were 86.
Currently there are 135 Uptown condos/townhomes listed for sale in the Uptown Charlotte MLS area. The average unit is a 1 bed/2 bath condo with 1,393 square feeet and an average list price of $387,065, up 2.4% from September‘s average list price of $378,149. The average days on the market are 160. Currently 24, or 17.7%, Uptown Charlotte condos/townhomes are under contract. A decrease of 2.6% from September.

In September 2011 13 condos/townhomes sold in the Uptown Charlotte area, an 18.2% increase from the 11 condos/townhomes sold in August 2011. September 2011 sales figures increased 85.7% from September 2010 when 7 Uptown Charlotte condos sold.
The average sales price decreased 41.3% from $429,791 in August 2011 to $252,192 in September 2011. September 2011 average sales price increased 9.4% from the September 2010 average sales price which was $230,567.
Average days on the market increased 34.4% from 151 in August to 203 in September. September 2010 average days on the market were 190.
Currently there are 138 Uptown condos/townhomes listed for sale in the Uptown Charlotte MLS area. The average unit is a 1 bed/1 bath condo with 1,388 square feeet and an average list price of $378,149, down 3.6% from August ‘s average list price of $392,226. The average days on the market are 163. Currently 28, or 20.3%, Uptown Charlotte condos/townhomes are under contract. An increase of 16.7% from August.
