Willowmere neighborhood in South Charlotte is the Choice for my Charlotte home buyers!

My Charlotte home buyers, Mike and JJ, chose the Willowmere neighborhood in South Charlotte as the place to purchase a home for their family! After extensive home for sale Internet searches, JJ found me on my blog, as I often write about the wonderful South Charlotte neighborhoods, location, and great public schools!

JJ and I connected immediately. She told me about a bad experience that she and her husband had just lived through with a previous realtor, and I was determined to provide this family with top-level service! After looking at Willowmere homes for sale, Mike and JJ settled on a lovely 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home on a friendly cul-de-sac lot that backs up to a private wooded area. The home has an upgraded Kitchen stylish cabinets and granite counters, a soaring 2-story great room, and a "rockin'" screened porch that will be perfect for Charlotte outdoor living! After looking at the home a couple of times, it became clear that this home was special, and that the neighbors in the cul-de-sac were friendly and welcoming.

JJ and Mike were focused on the Willowmere neighborhood in South Charlotte because of the incredible value, convenient South Charlotte location close to shopping, dining and recreation, and thetop-ranked public high school - Providence High School! The neighborhood provides affordable homes on decent-sized lots, and features a community pool, tennis courts, and an active social calendar.

What's even more special, is that I live about 5 minutes away from Willowmere, so my clients will be close by, and we can continue our growing friendship. I live in Providence Plantation, and here's what I love about our little area of South Charlotte:

• The Siskey Family YMCA - you've got to see this facility to believe it! Built in 1996, this state-of-the art facility has exercise equipment (strength and cardio), family fitness room, twin court gymnasium, a 6-lane indoor pool an indoor & outdoor track, huge outdoor pool and waterpark, flexibility and group exercise studios, game room for kids, and sports fields galore.

• Matthews Athletic Recreation Association (MARA) - I spent many evenings at this awesome ballpark, watching my kids play recreational sports. There's something at MARA for everyone. Check out my blog post on MARA.
