Blue Stone Harbor is a subdivision located in the heart of Cornelius. It is less than 5 minutes to I-77 at exit 28 and within walking distance to shops and eateries. I love that it is full of sidewalks and has lake access (boat ramp) and boat docks. Some of the homes for sale come with Deeded Boat Slips. The dock is gated and locked for owners and the boat ramp has a day dock as well. Also within walking distance is the Fresh Market. I love having such fresh produce and meats close by!

Blue Stone harbor homes were built in the late 1990s to early 2000s. Several of the homes for sale have been updated with new cabinets and counters. Homes range from 3 bedrooms, 1900 square feet to 5 bedrooms and 3200 square feet. Prices currently range from 290K-390K. The yards have mature landscaping and the homes are well kept. You can walk to the boat ramp and tennis courts. The community pool is waterfront to lake norman as well! The neighborhood newsletter boasts a ton of activities for the home owners to enjoy as well.
